December 17th Weather Update

As of 12/16/2023 at 5:00pm EST:

After careful consideration we have decided to CANCEL the December 17th Showcase. We have set a make up date of December 30th, 2023. If you are unable to attend that date camp credit will be applied. Emails and texts will be sent out shortly. 

 

As of 12/16/2023 at 12:00pm EST:

We currently have staff members heading towards the facility to check on conditions. We will update more once we receive information. Final decision will be made at 5:00pm EST.

As of 12/15/2023 at 10:30pm EST:

While monitoring the situation, we will have staff inspecting the field throughout the day to check field conditions for player safety. These field checks will play a major role in our decision making. Next update will be 12/16/2023 at 12:00pm EST.

As of 12/15/2023 at 5:00pm EST:

We continue to monitor the weather percentages and the track of the low pressure system approaching. We will have more updates throughout the evening and the final decision tomorrow afternoon.
